Birth doula support includes 1-2 prenatal visits in which we establish a birth plan, and I offer evidence-based education to ensure parent(s) are confident going into labor. I am on call at 37 weeks and offer emotional and physical support throughout labor & birth. Includes one postpartum well-check.

As a postpartum doula (birth - 2 years), I offer emotional and practical support in your home. Includes breastfeeding and pumping support as well as whole family care, including siblings and animals. I provide light house work, meal planning, shopping, food prep, as well as cloth diaper & babywearing assistance as requested.

​$40/hr with a 4hr minimum​

Overnight, I care for baby by feeding, changing, and soothing. If breastfeeding or pumping, we establish a plan for support. Bottles, pacifiers, and pumping supplies will be cleaned. Light household tidying such as whole household laundry and dishes will be done if it is not disruptive. I sleep when the baby sleeps and require a flat surface.

 

$50/hr or $60/hr twins, with a 8hr minimum

Concerned about who will care for your children while you are in labor? I offer sibling care so parent(s) can stay focused at home or in hospital setting. I am on call at 37 weeks and ensure children's emotional and physical well-being. I also tend to light household chores, including food prep, light housework, and pet care.
