My husband and I transplanted to Vermont from northern Virginia in pursuit of a simpler life. We have loved raising our three sons in this beautiful state, and spend much of our time in the outdoors with family and friends.
As our children have gotten older and more independent, the door to serving as a doula has been opened to me. I kept this desire tucked away while I have homeschooled our boys, and now have the time to pour into this dream.
My passion is to come alongside expectant parents; to empower and equip them so they have confidence throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. I hope to ensure everyone is treated with dignity, and can look back on the experience with joy.
I was born and raised in Vermont where I share my life with my husband Trevor and our two teenagers. I've been a stay at home more and home school teacher for many years. I became a doula because I love childbirth and helping people. It's been something I've been interested in ever since my first pregnancy eighteen years ago. My work as a doula is beautiful and fulfilling. I am honored to work with all types of families.
